Patient-Centred Care – Meeting the needs of the patient; their values, preferences, education, comfort, emotional support, family involvement, continuity of care and access to care.

Relationship-Centred Care© – Caring about every relationship involved in the healthcare system, beginning with self. It includes Leading Self, Engaging Others, and being in alignment with the system.

The challenge of not having leaders engaged or being able to engage others affects leadership outcome. Our clients are responsible for effective leadership in hospitals. They value individuals and teams and are invested in the culture of leadership in the organization and that’s why they hire us.

Alive in Healthcare is an expert in the field of Healthcare Leadership. In conjunction with bringing a culture of leadership to healthcare, we have a unique approach bringing people together through Circles. Our two main offerings are Leadership Circles© and Nursing Leadership Circles©. These Circles are designed to enable growth in individuals and groups within the systems and culture of the organization. This creates opportunities for the leader in every chair to demonstrate their best selves in shared leadership with others.
