6-Week Foundation

You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

  • Week 1: Self-Command Muscle

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle.  Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed.  With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

  • Week 2-3: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

Creating a habit of 30 minutes a day is what will have you succeed in building neural pathways that will influence your success in reclaiming your life.

You will be prompted 3 times a day on your personal app with guided intentions and mental fitness exercises for a total of 30 minutes per day.

Breaking this down into 3 separate times has been proven to be more effective and helps create a more sustainable mindset.

*Morning: 10 minutes guided content setting you up with clear learning and intention(s) for the day + 5 minutes mental fitness exercise

*Midday: 5 minutes mental fitness exercise

*Evening: 5 minutes mental fitness exercise + 5 minutes reflection question(s)
